Taste of Tuscany Menu


You are invited to join us here at Wyld Thyme on Saturday, Dec. 10th, 7:00 pm, we are exploring a “Taste of Tuscany” a Five (5) Course Wine Dinner, paired with wines for $75.00 per person, (does not include tax & gratuity).  Reservation only! 

The cuisine of Tuscany of Central Italy has evolved recently.  The wholesome ingredients of its peasant origins, such as: legumes, vegetables, herbs, fish, and meats, are served in new combinations.                                

The climate of this region is ideal for some of the finest Chianti as well as sangiovese and other varieties.  Above all, Tuscany still is a huge, yet subtle and refined part of Italian Cooking. 

Reserve by credit card at 540-662-1535. (Your credit card will not be charged until the event evening, If you decide to cancel please give us a call at least 24 hours in advance).  If we do not hear from you, we will charge your credit card).  Or ask your server to make the reservation for you!

So, let’s get together for some skillfully picked wines by no other than our friend and yours Jason Bise from The Country Vintner, North by Northwest, on Saturday, December !   Guests are asked to arrive about 6:45 – 7:00 pm.  Jason normally starts about 7:15 for the first pairing.
