Dear Foodies and Wine Lovers, Happy New Year!

It has been awhile since we got together for a Wine Dinner.  We very much enjoyed having you back in October, when we tasted the food & wines of “Greece”.

You are invited to join us here at Wyld Thyme on Saturday, January 16, at 7:00 pm for

A Taste of Switzerland”.

A Five (5) Course Dinner, $75.00 per person, (does not include tax and gratuity).  Our Wine Dinners are an experience;   expect to spend approx. 3 to 4 hours. (Wyld Thyme is closed to the public for these events.) By Reservation only!

 This time we are going to the heart of Europe and Caroline’s heritage in the country of:

“Switzerland”

Swiss cuisine, a series of regional specialties and gastronomic traditions that evolved around a variety of seasonal, home-grown staples.  In essence, Europe’s culinary giants – France, Italy, Germany & Austria, all rolled into one, would fairly and accurately describe Swiss Cuisine.

Jason Bise, our friend and yours from The Country Vintner, North by Northwest has skillfully picked some European wines from Germany, Italy, Austria & France.

Guests are asked to arrive about 6:30 - 6:45 pm, and are offered a complimentary glass of wine prior to the event.  Jason normally starts about 7:15 for the first pairing.

Reserve by credit card at 540-662-1535. (Your credit card will not be charged until the event evening, If you decide to cancel please give us a call at least 24 hours in advance).  If we do not hear from you, we will charge your credit card).
