"Afternoon at “Wyld Thyme”

Dear Friends, Foodies & Wine Lovers!                    

It has been awhile since our last cooking class. 

To be quite honest with you, I much prefer calling it an "Afternoon at “Wyld Thyme” so we can cook together with standard, full proof recipes & discuss every step, then sit down, relax and have a wonderful meal together.  Of course, tasting some wine, always helps the recipe. 

It does not get any better than that!

Particulars:

Date:  Sunday, July 31st

Thyme:  3:00 pm till ??

Cost: $70 per person + Tax

Non Class Participants can join their Spouse or Co. for the meal:  $40 + Tax

Wine:  Wine bar will be open

“Here is the game plan”

  1. We are making a classic New England Clam Chowder and we’ll talk about other variations and origins of chowder and technique.

  2. How about an incredible “Tomato Basil” sauce.  You’ll be amazed how handy it is when you have a jar in the freezer. (Gourmet dinner in minutes).

  3. I am sharing my beer batter recipe with you.  Please do not think about opening a Fish-N-Chips joint around the corner!

  4. Let’s talk about “Pesto’s” and make a couple different variations, so we have something to nibble on while we are cooking.

  5. “Main Event” Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom Marsala Sauce

Dinner is Served!

You will be involved every step with manageable, standard recipes to look at and take with you.  Far Niente!
